AnyRoR full form is any records of rights anywhere. And it is a software developed by Gujarat state. It was developed by National Informatics Center (N.I.C) in association with help of revenue department of Gujarat Land records (VF 7, VF 8A VF 6 and VF12) online.
Because of this we are no need to travel to anywhere. There will be e-dhara or e-gram center to keep a tab on your plot of land and anyone check their portals anytime anywhere in portal of anyror.gujarat.gov.in by selecting your location and survey of our land.

How to check survey of your land in AnyRoR website:-
- Open official portal of www.anayror.gujarat.gov.in and click on view land record to check records of rights
- Select anyone of given options as per your requirement
- VF 7 survey number details and this is also known as 7/12 or satbara which gives details of your land
- VF 8A khata details which gives khata details of your land.
- VF 6 gives entry details to incorporate day to day change or any changing details.
- 135D is useful for mutation that is change property to another one
- Enter details of your land such as district, taluk, village and survey number and verification code and press enter.
- Anyone can check of details of their land in following districts of Gujarat on www.anayror.gujarat.gov.in

To check land records on AnyRoR, follow these steps:
- Visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in and click on the “View Land Record – Rural” tab.
- On the next page, you will see several links, such as VF6, VF7, VF8A, and 135D Notice for Mutation.
- Click on any one of the links according to your requirement.
- Fill in the required details, such as district, taluka, village, survey number, etc.
- Click on “Get Detail” to view your land record details.
- You can also download or print your land record by clicking on the respective buttons

Getting certified copy of Gujarat land records:-
Following are steps for getting computerized copy of 7/12 utara, 8A or 6 are given below:-
- One should visit near e-dhara kendra at nearest local thaluka mamlatdar office
- At their you can request your RoR print and one should have their survey number, khata number while requesting a print
- Operator present at e-dhara will confirm record details first and then he will give print of form as you requested.
E-dhara should be computerized before submitting anywhere which is handover to you by person at taluk office. Changes are made at a request of 15/- rupees only.
How to verify land records on AnyRoR?
To verify land records on AnyRoR, follow these steps:
- Visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in and click on the “Verify Property Card” tab.
- On the next page, enter your property card number and captcha code.
- Click on “Get Detail” to verify your property card details.
- You can also download or print your verified property card by clicking on the respective buttons.

How to get certified copies of land records on AnyRoR?
To get certified copies of land records on AnyRoR, follow these steps:
- Visit anyror.gujarat.gov.in and click on the “Get Certified Copy” tab.
- On the next page, select your district and taluka from the drop-down menus.
- Click on “Go” to proceed to the next page.
- On the next page, select your village and survey number from the drop-down menus.
- Click on “Go” to proceed to the next page.
- On the next page, select the type of document you want to get certified copy of, such as VF7, VF8A, etc.Click on “Go” to proceed to the payment page.
- On the payment page, enter your mobile number and email address.
- Click on “Pay Now” to make the payment through online mode or challan mode.
- After making the payment, you will receive a reference number and a receipt.
- You can use the reference number to track the status of your application and download your certified copy when it is ready.
