It is a portal that allows mobile users to check the number of active mobile connections taken in their name by logging in using their mobile number. How to link Aadhar with phone number
There are various types to link your aadhar and mobile number.
Online Meathod to link your aadhar card with mobile number
Online method: You can link your mobile number with Aadhaar online from your home through the postal service. You need to have a registered mobile number with Aadhaar to use this method. Here are the steps:
1. Visit the uidai website and click on the “Order Aadhaar Reprint” option under “My Aadhaar”.
2. Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number or 16 digit Virtual ID and the security code. Click on “Send OTP” or “Enter TOTP” to verify your identity.
3. Enter the OTP or TOTP received on your registered mobile number and click on “Submit“.
4. On the next page check the box next to “Mobile Number” and enter the mobile number that you want to link with Aadhaar. Click on “Submit“.
5. Review your details and make the payment of Rs. 50 for the service. You will receive an acknowledgement receipt with a service request number (SRN).
6. You will also receive an SMS with an update request number (URN) on your new mobile number. You can track the status of your request using the SRN or URN on the UIDAI website.

Offline method: You can also link your mobile number with Aadhaar offline by visiting an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre. You do not need to have a registered mobile number with Aadhaar to use this method. Here are the steps.
- Visit your nearest Aadhaar Enrolment Centre and fill out the Aadhaar Correction Form given by the executive.
- Next fill in the mobile number that you want to update on your Aadhaar card.

- Call 14546* from your mobile number and choose whether you are an Indian or an NRI.
- Give your consent to re-confirm Aadhaar by pressing 1.
- Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and confirm it by pressing 1.
- An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and press 1 to complete the verification process.

How To Register Online Connection On TAFCOP Portal
To verify online connections registered on the TAFCOP portal you need to follow these steps:
- First of all visit the official TAFCOP portal by going to this link: https://tafcop.sancharsaathi.gov.in/telecomUser/
- After that you have to enter your mobile number and click on “Request OTP“. You will receive a one time password (OTP) on your mobile phone.
- Now you have to enter the OTP and click on “Validate OTP“. You will be logged in to the portal.
- Also You will see a dashboard that shows the number of connections issued in your name across different telecom service providers (TSPs).
- If you want to report any connection that is not required by you or not taken by you click on the “Report” button next to the connection details.
- You will be asked to provide some information such as your name, address, email and reason for reporting. Fill in the details and click on “Submit“.
- Also You will receive a confirmation message that your report has been submitted successfully. The TSP will verify your report and take necessary action within 60 days.
