- After registration, click on the “Download Application form/ Print” button to get a printed copy of your application form. A registration number will also be sent to your registered mobile number via text message.
- Get the necessary documents verified and attested by a Panchayat Pradhan, Sarpanch, Head of the Municipal Committee, or Head of the Municipal Council. The required documents include:
- Aadhaar card of the child’s parents
- Address proof of the child’s parents
- Visit the nearest Registrar’s Office selected during the application process and submit the following:
- Printed copy of the application form
- Verified identity proof and address proof of the child’s parents
- An affidavit attested by a Magistrate of the First Class (if the application is filed after one year of childbirth)

Follow these steps to add your child’s name to the Birth Certificate online in Rajasthan:
- Open your web browser and go to the Rajasthan Civil Registration System’s official website: Pehchan Portal Rajasthan.
- Click on the “Apply for adding Child’s name” button.
- Select the “Birth Registration” option at the bottom of the page.
- Choose the “Edit Birth Certificate” option. Enter your Birth Certificate Registration Number and the Captcha code shown on the screen, then click the “Proceed” button.

- Step 5: Pay the required fee online through debit card, credit card, net banking or e-wallet.
