Janani suraksha Yojana is applicable for both urban and rural pregnant ladies. For urban BPL pregnant ladies under this scheme she can get Rs.1000 and for the aplozing by asha worker lady can get Rs. 200. For rural Pregnant ladies and who are Below poverty line can get Rs. 1400 and by the supporter of asha worker can get Rs. 200.

Process Of Janani Suraksha Yojana
- The women need to register for JSY at the nearest health centre or with the ASHA.
- They need to get at least three antenatal check-ups (ANC) and two tetanus injections (TT) during the pregnancy.
- They need to choose a government health centre or an accredited private hospital for delivery.
- They need to get a discharge certificate and a birth certificate after the delivery.
- They need to get at least two postnatal check-ups (PNC) within 42 days of the delivery.
