From NSDL Portal
- first of all visit the official website of the pan card apply @https://nsdl.co.in/
- Now select the New facilities under the ‘ quick links ‘
- from dropdown menu select the download e-pan/e-panxml
- After redirecting another page add aknowledgement number and enter the required details
- choose any option and click the declaration and get a OTP

From UTIITSL Portal

Procedure To Check the Application Of Pan card Status
You can check the status of your PAN card application online through NSDL or UTIITSL websites. Here are the steps to do so:
