For Drought: Farmers can apply for Kisan Sahayatha Yojana if their crops are damaged due to drought in their district. Drought will be declared when the district receives less than 10 inches of rainfall or when there is no rain during the monsoon season. @ Official website
- For Heavy Rains: Farmers can apply for Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana if their crops are damaged due to heavy rains in their district. Heavy rains will be declared when the district receives 35 inches of rainfall or when there is continuous rain for 48 hours.
- For Unseasonal Rains: Farmers can apply for Mukhyamantri Kisan Sahay Yojana if their crops are damaged due to unseasonal rains in their district. Unseasonal rains will be declared when the district receives more than 50 mm of rainfall for 48 hours between October 15 and November 15.

- Step 2:After that you need to provide your Aadhar Card as identity proof and also proof of Land Records as mandatory documents to fill the application form. You will also need to provide your bank account details and mobile number.
- Step 3: you have to submit the application form at the E Gram Centre and get a receipt for your reference. The application form will be sent online to the concerned authorities for verification and approval.
- Step 4: Later you should wait for the notification from the government about the status of your application. You can also check the status online by visiting and entering your Aadhar number or application number.
- Step 5: finally If your application is approved you will receive the financial assistance or amount of money directly in your bank account through DBT (Direct Bank Transfer). The amount of assistance will depend on the percentage of crop loss and the area of land affected. The maximum assistance per farmer is Rs. 1 lakh.
