Who can join Kushal Yuva Program?
The programme is open to all aspirants in the age group of 15-28 years, who have passed at least 10th Class. The age limit for SC/ST, OBC and People with Disabilities is as follows: SC/ST – 33 years, OBC – 31 years, PwD – 33 years.
Procedure To Apply Online Program
To apply for this programme, you need to follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of MNSSBY (KYP online registration portal) or download the Yuva Nischay Mobile App from
- Register yourself by providing your name, mobile number, email and Aadhaar number. You will receive an OTP to verify your details.
- Login with your credentials and fill the online application form with your personal, educational and bank details.
- Choose your preferred course and training center from the list of approved centers.
- Submit your application and take a printout of the confirmation page.
- Visit the District Registration and Counseling Center (DRCC) within 60 days of online application with necessary documents for verification on any working day between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Procedure To Login Onto Program
- Visit the official website www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in and click on the new registration option.
- Fill in your name, mobile number, and email ID and click on the send OTP button. You will receive an OTP on your email and mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and click on the submit button. You will get a confirmation message and a username and password will be sent to you by email and SMS.
- Visit the home page again and login using your username and password. You will have to change your password to a password of your choice.
- Fill in your personal information, educational details, permanent address, and residential address and click on the submit button.
- Select the Kushal Yuva Program from the drop-down menu and click on the apply button.
- Fill in the details in the form and sign the declaration. You will get an acknowledgement PDF which you can download or print.
- You will also receive an SMS with your registration ID. You will have to visit the District Registration Cum Counselling Centre (DRCC) on the allocated date with a self-attested photocopy of your documents.
