How To Apply For Jagananna Smart Town
To apply for Jagananna Smart Town, you need to follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of Jagananna Smart Town
- Click on “Apply for Plot” option on the home page.
- After that Choose whether you are a government employee or not. If you are a government employee, you can also choose whether you are a pensioner or not.
- Fill in the registration form with your name, email address, mobile number, and password. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your account.
- Moreover Login with your registered credentials and select the plot location, size, and type that you prefer. You can also view the layout plan and price details of each plot.
- Pay the initial payment of 10% of the total amount along with the cost of application through online payment gateway. You will receive an acknowledgement receipt for your payment.
- Therefore Wait for the allotment of plot by drawl of lots. You will be informed about the allotment status through email or SMS.
- If you are allotted a plot, you have to conclude an agreement with the Development Authority concerned within one month from the date of receipt of allotment letter.
- Pay the remaining amount of the plot as per the payment schedule. You can also opt for bank loan facility if available.
- Register your plot and get the possession certificate from the Development Authority.
