The government of Telangana provides various public services like property registration, love marriages and the partnership deeds. It will require various documents and challana for any of these process to be happened.

Telangana Property Registration process:

It is a online process and all the documents to be uploaded are scanned and it had to be uploaded and even the transaction details.

It should be done before entering in to registration office

The payment of money can be done online through the portal and everything is done you should be go to the office with the respective persons and with two surety people

At the office the E-KYC must be done and allotted a number and in the sequence

If it is unsuccessful he should do this process once again.

The registration is valid if all the documents are right and it will take atleast two days.

Registration fees:

The cost of stamp papers will be different for different states.

The cost will depend on the market value and it will include EC and other paper charges.

Telangana stamp duty in corporation areas:-

Stamp duty is 4% higher than of the market value

Transfer duty is 1.5% higher than of the market value

Registration fee is 0.5 higher than of the market value

Telangana stamp duty in other areas:-

Stamp duty is 4% higher than of the market value

Transfer duty is 1.5% higher than of the market value

Registration fee is 0.5 higher than of the market value

Telangana stamp duty in apartments:-

Stamp duty is 5% higher than of the market value

Transfer duty is 0

Registration fee is 2000

Sale agreement with possession:

Stamp duty is 4% higher than of the market value

Transfer duty is 0

Registration fee is 0.5 for the minimum of 1000/- and higher market value it will be 20000/-
